Choose something different than a white or brown sheepskin! Go for a colored one such as taupe, blue or dark green. Our natural sheepskins come in white and brown. Because it is a natural product, a coat is never the same, but in general you will end up with these two colors for a sheepskin.
If you find this super boring, or it simply does not match your interior, then you can of course buy another sheepskin. There are many more variations in colored sheepskins. We have these in earth tones such as taupe, beige and black but also in very bright colors such as red, blue, bright pink and orange.
How natural is a colored sheepskin.
Now many people think that these skins are not natural but nothing could be further from the truth. The skins are actually just natural / white skins, which have been in a dye bath. Sometimes these white skins have a stain from the cover block, this is a kind of color stamp with which the farmer can see whether a sheep has been covered. If this stain does not come out, that is of course a shame. WieMaar by giving these sheepskins an ecological dye bath, they get a whole new look. Throwing them away is a shame and so a colored sheepskin is actually very sustainable.
Theme in your interior? Go for an atmospheric Christmas interior with a matching sheepskin!
We try to think of the nicest colours and something for everyone. So there is always a sheepskin that fits your interior or your personal style or theme. For example, there is currently a beautiful green - blue sheepskin that will look very nice in a Christmas interior next to the Christmas tree. For a more traditional Christmas atmosphere in the house, you could of course also go for a combination of a red and green sheepskin. Or let the sheepskins match the colour of the Christmas balls!
