Beautiful lamb hide which is ideal for in the buggy, baby car or car seat. Easy to attach with the cutouts made for the straps.

Sheep hides are not only for the cold winter months, they have a cooling effect in the summer. Moisture is absorbed by the hide and the air between the hairs works like a natural air conditioning. In the winter your child will be pleasantly warm and in the summer delightfull cooling.

Sheepskin baby insert; colour and lining:

This sheepskin insert for babies comes in several colours and also comes in a version without a lining. All coloured versions come in a lined form, these have an extra textile layer on the underside of the fleece for protection, softness and firmness. 
The medicinal/natural inlay is available in both a lined and unlined version. The unlined version has the original leather side at the back.

Washing instructions

The baby medicinal sheepskins are specially tanned and therefore washable. Wash the sheepskin on a wool wash programme, with wool detergent and let it air dry verry slowely, not in the sun or on the stove. Stretch every few hours to prevent the leather from becoming hard and stiff. Do not tumble dry!

    Is a sheepskin safe for my baby or child?

    Yes, the lambskins we select as baby products are safe to use. It is important that the wool is hygienic and short
    sheared, so that the wool does not wrap around the fingers or get into the mouth. Please make sure you purchase a product from our baby section.
    In addition, sheepskin is breathable and regulates moisture and temperature. However, always keep a close eye on your child while they are sleeping.

    What are the benefits of sleeping on a medicinal sheepskin for my child?
    A sheepskin regulates temperature, feels soft and comfortable, and contains lanolin, which cares for the skin. If the skin is a little too big for your baby, you can consider making it a little smaller. This can be done easily with a sharp knife. This way, you have a custom-made product!
