How do I maintain and wash my medicated sheepskin:
- Airing regularly to keep the coat fresh.
- Occasionally pat or brush with our wool comb.
- Wash only when necessary.
- Do this by hand or in the machine, on a wool wash cycle with a special wool detergent and no hotter than 30 degrees.
- Let the fur dry as slowly as possible after washing (e.g. in the bathroom).
- Never dry the coat in direct sunlight or on a heater.
- Gently stretch the leather while drying to make it supple again.
- Stains in the wool can be wiped off with a slightly damp cloth.
- Be sure to keep the leather side dry
